So… Why is the music different? Where is Christian? Are commercial free Fridays a thing?
These questions are questions that no person has actually asked me, but it’s something you have to wonder about at least once. On friday December 8th, the computer system that is responsible for handling everything related to the Alt Channel crashed. What a great way to end the week.
Why didn’t you do anything about it?
Oh, but I tried. In order to provide content for the Alt Channel 24/7, and to save on my monthly power bill, I use a datacenter to host a machine that I upload all of the Alt Channel’s content to. To keep the story short, the virtual computer decided it was overloaded and hense crashed. I was not able to get access to all of the content until a few hours ago. Needless to say, the Alt Channel is back, and I will be on the air starting tomorrow.
One more thing before I go
I will be taking a holiday break until the 8th of January after this week. Also, a new show will be headed to the Alt Channel in the new year. You can keep updated here on the blog or on the twitter/x @altchannelradio.
